SPECIAL/GROUP HOTEL BOOKING

Confirmation of reservation takes from a few minutes 'till 48 hours. We will do our best to send you the answer regarding your request within 48 hours. In the period of high demand (holidays, exhibitions and etc.) a confirmation may take some more time.

To make an special/group hotel order you should:

Step 1

On the www.horse21.net main page go to the "Special/Group Reservations".

Step 2

You will see the form you have to fill in order that an operator could perform your request.

1. Contact information - in this section you should put in the client’s or client company’s data:

# Contact person
# Company name (if the client is not a private person)
# Country and city of residence
# Contact telephone, fax and e-mail.

2. Hotel Information - in this section the Client puts in his requirements for the hotel he wishes to book:

# Hotel Destination - Country and City
# Hotel name - if you wish to book the particular hotel
# Hotel class- number of stars
# Location - if you are interested in a particular
# Check in and Check out dates
# Number of rooms you wish to book
# In the fields "Additional Requirements" and "Comments" you can leave all requirements, regarding your staying at hotel.

3. Name of the guest - in the last section of the form you should put in names of persons who will stay at the hotel you order.

If you are the corporate client of Horse 21 you should put in your login and password into the last fields of Special/Group Reservations form.

Step 3

After filling the form (fields marked with "*" are obligatory) you have to click "Next". You will see the page where you can check all the given information. Also here you can see you the number of your order.

Step 4

If everything is correct you should click "Confirm", and your order will be sent to our operator immediately.

Step 5

If it is necessary to correct any information you should click "Corrections" and you will return to the previous page where you can change all necessary data.
